Level 1 Remote cPanel Support Technician
Holdfire is seeking dedicated employees looking for a career in customer service and/or technical support.
Job Description:
- Provide level one technical support from our helpdesk.
- Troubleshoot various technical and non-technical issues customers have with their hosting plans and other services.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned.
Required Skills
- Experience with cPanel/WHM and providing technical support to individuals utilizing it.
- Experience with Apache, BIND, MySQL, PHP, Exim and various 3rd party cPanel resources (RVSkin, Softaculous, ASSP, et al.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- At least one year of professional experience within the hosting industry.
- Legal resident of the United States
The available positions are currently for part-time (up to 31 hours per week.) Compensation is dependent entirely on previous experience. The individual will be asked to work the following shift: Mon, Wednesday, Friday from 10pm-4am.
