I moved from Dreamhost to Holdfire. I can't say how happy I am. I absolutely zip about moving domains & setting things up. Holdfire walked me through everything step by step. I can't thank them enough for that. I haven't experienced any problems & the prices are wonderful. I have already been pushing for my friends & other businesses that are looking for web hosting to go with Holdfire. They are the best.

I've been with holdfire for years now, and will never move to another company! The support staff is fast, efficient, and friendly. I've been with other companies before and through many server downtimes, rude staff, and taking days to reply to support tickets I had enough. I can happily say I am ecstatic that I made the switch to holdfire years ago. Beyond the great service, the prices are great (especially since I am a college student) and the staff is even willing to work with you if you would like to alter their packages if it's not quiet something you need.

I plan on staying with holdfire as long as I am a domain/blogger and the company is around.

Holdfire has been nothing but amazing in the year or so that I've been hosted with them. Support is always quick to respond and very friendly, the rare downtime I've had was addressed and resolved immediately, and the plans are priced very reasonably and are flexible to future upgrades. I've been with four other hosts and none of them compare to the awesome that is Holdfire.

I've been with HF for coming up on two years (I believe) pretty shortly (in March). I moved to HF after a short stint with Namecheap. As a designer / developer I've been on numerous hosts over the years, and Holdfire tops my list which is why I haven't thought about going anywhere else. The support is excellent regardless of the question asked, and they've always kindly put up with me whenever I freak out over a second of down time (very rare and usually lasts only a minute, just enough time for me to fire away an email only to reload and see the site back up). The (included) extras like automatic backups saved me in the past which is just star on the fridge for Holdfire in my book. As long as HF is around I'll be with them. Highly recommended!

I moved my website to Holdfire 3 months ago due to certain issues with my previous host. I'm glad to say that I did because Holdfire is great! The move was completed speedy by the staff of Holdfire and all I had to do was to send them my cPanel details.

Technical support is fast as it usually takes them less than 24 hours to reply to my support tickets. As Holdfire is also on twitter, Isometimes I @reply them with certain questions I’ve as I do not feel the need to raise a support ticket for general enquires. The staff at Holdfire are friendly people.

Affordability is one thing I like most about Holdfire. For a basic plan I’m having, it has a lot more space than how much I actually required at an affordable price for a student like me. It has doubled the disk space for the same plan at the same price during the recent update. I’m a happy customer of Holdfire and will definitely recommend it!

Holdfire was the first website I bought hosting from, and I'm so glad I did. I'm a teenager who gets a small weekly allowance, and the $120/year that I'm spending is amazingly affordable for what I get. I have more than enough to space to host my website and a few close friends' blogs, and I've only had one tiny patch of downtime since buying my hosting in May. I love that I can follow Holdfire on Twitter and get a quick @reply if I happen to have a question. Just after I bought my hosting, I had to support a ticket for a minor issue; it was answered and the problem was fixed within 10 minutes. I also feel that my data is very safe with Holdfire, because it's a legitimate, professional company. Overall, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone - a student with a tight budget who only needs tiny pit bit of space, a professional looking for a lot of space and bandwidth, and anything in between.

My biggest rave for Holdfire is obviously the amazing price! I'm a student, and I love how a year of hosting costs less than 2 weeks of rent! I have tonnes of space, even with my many projects. Downtime on HF is very rare-- I can't pinpoint the last time my site was down, but I'm sure when it was, it was brief. The support is excellent. I've asked plenty of questions and had them solved very promptly, even with questions that had nothing to do with my hosting service! The support staff are incredibly patient.

I fully intend to stay with Holdfire for the foreseeable future, and I recommend their services to friends and clients quite often!

I was hosted with Holdfire for about a year and a half, and in that time I never had a single issue with my service. I never had to worry about downtime as it was always kept to a minimum. Support tickets were answered quickly, even on a weekend late at night, which I loved.

Their prices are very affordable. You pay for what you get, and every dollar you spend with Holdfire is worth it. You get quality service and fantastic customer service. You couldn't ask for anything better from a host.

I've had my fair share of experiences with many hosting companies, and Holdfire is truly one of the best ones out there.

I've been with Holdfire for almost two years now, and have only had a couple times of downtime. Most of the time that these occurred, I was notified of the downtime and it was resolved in a couple minutes.

I'm currently hosted under a custom reseller for only $27. It lets me easily organize my websites with plenty of space, and if I think I need more space or bandwidth I can get it within a couple minutes by just hitting the upgrade button. :)

Whenever I had a question or a problem I'd submit a support ticket, which would always be answered within 24 hours, and sometimes within a couple minutes with a very detailed response about what I should do.

The bottom line is that Holdfire is awesome and I love being hosted by them. If you're looking for a great host and don't want to worry about downtime, you should go onto the order page and start filling out that form! On top of that, you get awesome customer service and very affordable prices!
